Welcome to Amy’s Dead-End Dreamhouse, where a millennial navigating mental illness, job hunting, and impossible beauty standards gets life advice from her sentient household objects, unhinged guests, and surreal commercial breaks—turning adulthood into a fever-dream comedy.

A Nebula Original created by showrunners Maggie Mae Fish and Will Reese (also directing), Amy’s Dead-End Dreamhouse is directed by Will Reese and written by Maggie Mae Fish and Bailey Norton. Executive producers are Dave Wiskus and Trenton Waterson. Valentina Vee serves as cinematographer. The show’s casting director is Claire Kaplan.

The series stars Maggie Mae Fish as the titular Amy, as well as Natalie Palamides, Bill Corbett, and Paul F. Tompkins. Special guests include Katya, Ify Nwadiwe, Jamie Loftus and Percy Rustomji. Musical guests include Tessa Violet and Sunder.

The series films March 10–22 in Los Angeles, CA, with an anticipated release on Nebula June 2025. There will be six episodes, released every two weeks.

Dave Wiskus (EP; Nebula founder) quote: “Our showrunners Maggie & Will are LA locals, so it was important to us to make this an LA project, relying on the city’s incredible (and currently under-utilized) pool of filmmaking talent.”

About Nebula

Launched in 2019, Nebula is both the largest and fastest growing creator-built premium streaming service. The success of the indie platform has been built upon the pioneering premise that the future of the creator economy should belong to the creators, and that philosophy has led to the release of many hit exclusives and originals. Nebula has successfully charted its own path in the streaming space since its inception — earning a reputation for being where creators go to develop premium content that wouldn’t be possible elsewhere. Nebula recently launched Nebula Motion Pictures, the studio arm of the company, creating a studio pipeline for digital creators to bring their stories for film and television to life with prestige. Nebula has successfully broken the mold with 200+ creators who are not only instrumental in rounding out the platform’s library, but also in building the roadmap for the company’s daily operations and carefully curating its creator community. Nebula has more than tripled its direct subscriber count since 2023 and more than doubled its revenue the past year alone. In 2024, the company was listed as one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies.” Visit nebula.tv to learn more. Stay up to date with Nebula announcements on our press page.
